last name, first name

I have the following issue,

For the employee of Mexico the Formatting field its displayed as Last Name and First name and For the employee of USA the Formatting field its displayed as First name and Last Name.

My client want that the two country is equals in the format of name of the employee.

We maintain the table .

Table T522F (Format for HR name editing)

Table T522N (HR name editing)

When we are creating new employee data, it is automatically being updated, but for the employee hired not was changed.

How can do this change for all the employee?

Hi,

If you want to change the employee name for the hired one.

you can do it through T-code PA30 - enter the personal nunber --> enter the infotype as 0002 and goto change (F6), where you can change the last name and first name.
