If any changes occured in work schedule rule, then immediately you need to generate the work schedule calendar. If you are change the Work shedule rule description, then you need to create the again IT0007.

If you are not change any description for WSR, no need to create the IT0007. system will automatically updated the IT0007 when you are generate the work schedule calendar.

Good luck

Hi

I don't know the standard tool to update IT0007 after changing configuration of WSRs.

I will record Batch Input which will modify IT0007 in PA30 and before saving you need to delete entries which have been changed in WSRs.

You need to remember to turn off retro for payroll and time.

Thank you Maciej & Sikindar, but i'm functional consultant,

i don't know how to use these options.

Sr! My problem is not the 1st generation of WSR.

All the WSR i'm changing are all assigned to employees.

So the generation using RPTSHF00 won't update IT7.

I think LSMW is the only solution...

Hi,

After changing or regenerating the work schedule, again you nedd not to assign the work schedule. Automatically system will capture the no.of hours and it will store in infotype 0007. But if you are moving the data from one server to another server or from one client to another client, transport the request and chk it out.

It will work.

Thanks & Regards
