E-rec and Enhancement pack 3: Search pages end with error

Hi,

We recently activated EHP3 in our E-rec system. Since we did the activation the result pages of our search pages end with the following errors :

"Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later" or "An internal error occurred. Please try again later".

Or for example, the recruiter was able to see the candidates attatched to a requisition(candidate selection option) and now that page displays an error.

I deactivated and reactivated all the services in transaction SICF but still the pages don't work.

Before EHP3 the result pages showed correctly without errors.

The configuration of TREX and SES already was done and the indexes seem to work fine.

Any idea of what can I do to solve this problem ? Do I need to do something else to activate those pages again?

Hi,

I guess I should have checked SGL1 sooner.

Thanks for your answer. Checking SGL1 gave me a good idea of what was missing.

What I did to solve my problem:

A) Deactivated and reactivated all the search services in SICF.

B) Adjusted all the search configuration tables from client 000.

I think what really fixed it was the adjustment of the Search profiles/templates from client 000.

Take a look at SLG1 and see what is happening. Check if the roles and authorizations are proper
