Carriage Return in Formula Field

I want to add carriage returns after name and address1in the Formula editor. I have searched in the help and can't find it. Can someone tell me how?

iif(ISNULL(conditionalfield),

nameaddress1citystatezip,

nameaddress2citystatezip)
