% Format in Crystal IX

In a cross-tab report, I have a count displayed as a percentage of the total count and I have a sum displayed as a % of the total sum.

I am able to format the % of the total sum to show two decimals (example 6.91%). However, the % of the total count will not save my formatting. It reverts back to a whole number (example 4%). I can live with this if necessary, but I can't get it to round up. If the % is really 4.50, I want it to round to 5).

Any ideas?

Hi Diann,

I had this problem too and it drove me insane. Luckily I found the solution. It's a known issue and there is a work around. Here is the link.
