Printer setup

HI Friends,

I had a requirement from client to change printer from XX12 to YY46 for printout for Billing (F2). Both the printers are LaserJet.

Printers are maintained in communication method at condition record of output type. If it is maintained at condition record level how can it be moved from DEV client to Production client.

Is there any settings in IMG to change the required printer (Output device)?

Hi,

Check with your basis person to configure the new printer in the production system. They can also transport the same from DEV to Production system.

I dont think any additional config is required. Change the defualt printer in your control panel printer settings to the new printer and you should be able to take prints from the new printer.
