Error Service cannot be reached in Solution Manager sp15

Hi.

We have problem wit Solution Manager with transaction solman_workcenter, sendme error:

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://><server>:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system <SID> with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi Luis,

You need to activate ags_workcenter in SICF so that you will be able to access url http://><server>:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter

Hav you activated SICF services required for the same.

Try testing the URL from SICF.

Have you implemeted Business process monitoring

If NO then remove the role that correponds to BPM and then execute the TCode

That should do .
