GRC Default Ruleset - most current version available

We use the Default ruleset in our Development environment - is there a place that we can get a complete updated copy, or do we need to apply the updates one quarter at a time?

Since you are using the SAP pre-defined ruleset, you can determine which risks you want to incorporate in your current ruleset, and apply those updates as they are released. So the answer to your question is, apply those updates one quarter at a time.
