Portal Standard Themes are not coming in personalization after Upgradation

Hi All,

We not able to see the Standard Themes in Personalization, But we go to Theme editor.. all the sap themes are loading.

Please suggest what could be the reason. We recently upgraded EP 6.0 to EP 7.0.

Hi,

Also check if the EveryOne group has read permission for the themes.

System Administration --> Permissions --> Portal Permissions --> themes

Pradeep,

Guess, these themes are not added to the desktop that youa re using.

Go to System Administration->Portal Display-> Desktop and Display rules->Content Provided by SAP->End User Content->Standard Portal Users -> Default Portal Desktop

Right click and open

Keeping the default portal desktop open.

Scroll down to themes folder

Select the themes you want to appear in yoour personalization.

Right click and add to default portal desktop.

Save and close

Refresh the browser and check the personlization.

Also,

Go to Portal Administrators, Super Administrator, Main rules and check which desktop is assigned to you. If you are working on the default portal desktop or a customized one.

You gotto check the above steps for the desktop that you are working on.
