What is necessary to view query on Web in 7.x

Hi, We moved from 3.x to 7.x and I'd like to view the queries on the web now. Example. When I click the web button in the query builder I just get "The page cannot be displayed" I would like to be able to see the query in the 0ANALSIS_PATTERN Web Template.

Is there something I can configure or what do I need to request from Basis? Hopefully to just get the query online it doesn't require too much...

I'm guessing it is the Portal that needs to be started? Can this run on the same server as my BI. I can't imagine the Portal requiring too much resource as to get in the way of user running queries through BEx..

Hi,

You need configure BI server with the Portal server. Its advisable to have 2 different servers, one for BI and one for Portal.

The Basis person has to do the configuration.
