Material Change

Hi,

I am new to workflow. I want to develop a workflow which will trigger when user change the Material Group(MATKL) field in MM02 Transaction. Can any one tell me the step by step process to develop the workflow.

Hi,

In transaction SWEC you can define a record as follow:

Change Doc. Object MATERIAL

Business Obj. Type BUS1001006

Event CREATED (or create your own event)

Select Radio button ON CHANGE

Do not forget Field Restrictions in order to trigger the event according your requirements.

Use change document event triggering to start wf..

goto PFTC and define a template.......

Goto SWED and configure ur chnage doc with workflow........
