Dear Gurus,
We have the following scenario here.
we are using location substitution for rule based availability check. there is a location "A" whose sales orders are to be fulfilled with any of the 3 locations "B", "C" or "D".
Suppose there is a requirement of 5000 units at A then it will search at B, then in C and then on D.
if material is available at D then it will pick up from D after checking availability in B and C ( We are using fan shaped structure).
if there is material quantity of 3000 available in C and 10000 in D , then system will pick 3000 from C then will go to D to pick rest of the 2000 quantity.
i want system to pick from a location from where it could get all the 5000 quantity.
for example in our case it should pick all 5000 from D rather than 3000 from C and 2000 from D.
what setting can be done to get this kind of result? Kindly advice.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Nitesh
Hi Nitesh,
In calculation rule under ATP Calculation profile, enter maximum number of partial deliveries is 0.
