beginning to use SAP-PP

Hi Experts,

I'm an industrial engineer, and I want to learn about how can I start to use SAP-PP module. I have never used SAP before, but I want to learn it very much.

I have downloaded the program for 90 days use from this website. But I don't know how can I use it? Could you please recommend me some ebooks, and etc?
