Return Delivery

Hi All,

I was trying to do the return delivery with reference to order,but the system is giving an error message as:"Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status Cost, object VB0060000012000010)

Message no. BS051(in VL01N).

could any one plz suggest me the solution for the same.

Dear Ramu

It is bcoz for your return order type in VOV8, some status profile has been assigned.

To proceed further, go to VA02, input the return sale order reference and execute. From there go to "Status" tab at header level and click on "Object Status" so that you can see different status assigned there. You have to change the settings there and save the return order. Now create return delivery and you will succeed.

Hi there,

Check if copy control routines are maintained in VTAA from OR to RE. Check the requirement routine at header level from OR to RE in VTAA. There must be some custom logic written to process the returns.

This is only a temperory check:

Check the requirement type in the procurement tab in the sales order overview screen. You may change the same and try. Please let us know the result. Hope this is in your training system.

Hope u r using Delivery type LR in VL01N.

Check in VTLA, whether the copy control for Return Order Type (RE) to Return Delivery Type (LR) is maintained, if not hten maintain the same.
