Import Wizard - IWZ 00001 error..

Hello,

Recently, i configured SSL in BO XIR2 SP4 server in my windows machine. I can able to access enterprise with https. But, when i'm using import wizard to connect to my machine, it throws the error, "Error logging on to server. Check logon information and try again. (IWZ 00001) Transport error: Insufficient resources."
