Network Drive Graphic Location using Crystal Reports Server XI

Iu2019m using a OLE object with a graphic location formula having the value of u201Cp:\data\sji_tm\lm05\sj01\001\l003683c.tifu201D. I mapped a network drive to P:\ and connected as the user with read/write rights. The image shows up fine when I run the report using the Crystal Reports XI designer on the Crystal Reports XI Server. However, when I preview the report using the Crystal Reports XI Server Central Management Console the image is blank. When the graphic location is set to the local hard drive or to a mapped drive pointing to a ftp site the image is displayed in the designer and console. Any thoughts?

Hi Joseph,

Insted of trying with a mapped drive location, try to use the IP address of the system and check.

Already tried that with no luck. I used "
10.xxx.xxx.xx\jsmith\data\sji_tm\lm04\sj01\001".
