Remove options from iView Tray

Hi ,

We need to remove the following options from all the iviews' tray:

Open in New Window

Personalize

Remove from page

Hi,

There is a tool to replace multiple properties in multiple objects.

Content Administration --> Multiple property Replacement

You can use this wizard and achieve what you are trying:

Hi Aunmit,

In each Iview, under its property editor, somewhere near the bottom, you will find radio buttons (see below 3 for your request) for those options that you mentioned. Just select "No" (as default is "Yes"), save and it should be ok.

1) Show 'Open in New Window' Option

2) Show 'Personalize' Option

3) Show 'Remove' Option

This option i know, but there are lot of iviews that we are using.

Is there any option to remove the options from all the iviews, not one by one.

sorry to say but there is no centralised option to set these properties.you have to set them individually in each iview

Sorry but I cannot think of much help to your request as I'm out of ideas and searching over the net has killed much of my braincells.
