SRM monitors

Hi,

For som odd reson we are getting this error in out monitors, but we cant seem to find anything wrong in the system.

"Error reading the export data for transfer of purchase order "

Anybody know what is causing this error in the monitor?

What is the status in BBP_PD ?

Did you see error in rz20 or application monitor for PO or sc?

scenario / srm version ?

Hi the errors are also i RZ20 but we cant find the PO that the problem is about all the error says is what i pasted above.

We are running SRM 5.0 in extended senario.

Can you check like that for shoping basket in rz20 ?

Is the IPC server running.

Also, what is the status of the PO in SRM. Does it only error during backend transfer.

I dont know about the server i guess it is running how do i check this?

Thats whats "funny" about this problem there are no orders that are in errors and orders are corretly created and transfered to the back end, but we still get the error

The ones with X are inactive what does this mean?

I could see two follow on documents created? why?

Please check via Check status . You can see there via graphical view what are the follow on documents are created for this. so you may get po number there. go ahead.

I checked them they are ok and the PO is ordered, it is also correct in the back end system.

Thats fine .However cross check the po details are correct for that sc and ensure that po was received by the suppliers.

why we could see two follow on docs. cross check the rz20 error and po creation time.

PO is correct in SRM & R/3 and the suplier has recived the order.
