Universal Worklist Runtime Error

When I click on the Universal Worklist link in the Detailed Navigation area, I get the following error message:

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing your request

Exception id: 05:07_25/09/08_0051_3167350

See the details for the exception ID in the log file.

What could be the problem??

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Saurabh,

It might be that your user is not given the permissions in the system with which the UWL is configured.Kindly add your user & give it the end user permissions in the correct system in the portal landscape.
