E filing J1INQEFILE

Hi Experts

This was requirement from my client. We were in SAP ECC 5.0.

For E- Filing we gone with the Notes 870991 and 883915. But unfortunetly this was not working. When i execute the programm for J1inqefile iam getting error NO DATA SELECTED FOR THE GIVEN SELECTED CRETERIA. MESSAGE NO 066.

I feel apart from the above said Note there are some other notes to be applied.

Hi,

You have to fill the following minimum fields to take report from J1INQEFILE:

Company Code

Deductor Status

State

TAN No.

Period

Fiscal Period from - to

Address details of all fields

Responsible Person's details of all fields

Output processing Options:

ALV Output check

e.file generation check

select Presentation Server

create to file names in desktop and assign these two files to

Test file name

Excel file name and execute

Try once and give feedback.

Thanks for your reply.

i filled all the Parameter mentioned by you. Still i face the same problem.

This problem which i face was the replication of the section code in TDS gl accounts where in the program it is checking BSEG - SECCO where the field was blank in our case.

Know if i check the field status of this GL to bring there i find no section code field. where to find this??

Hi,

SECCO is related to Section Code field. Have you created to Business Place and Section code your company code. Check once.

with out my business place and section code how my with_item table will get updated when i generate chalan.
