COGI O GOODS MOVEMENTS

Can anyone tell me the steps to use COGI ?

I have enough stock and this is the message:

0 goods movements were executed

HI

use t-code COGI

in the selection screen give the order number and execute,

select the line and click on disply errors F6, then according to error clear the erros(like not assining the storage location, or deficte of stocks in the storage location etc)

so aftter seeing the error, clcik on change deatisl F5

then change the values according to error and save,

check the stock is reduced or not.

Could be mainly because of the Goods movement errors happened in the last period and now if you want to clear the errors, system can not post the goods movements in the previous period..

So, you need to change the posting date to the previous period..

For this in the COGI Next screen, select the respective materials, Edit --> Replace -->date :

Change the document date and posting date previous period date and save..

It will go through..

I did have stock and just changed the posting day to the open period.

Why the system didn´t told me this was the error ?

Dear,

Go to COGI then correct the errors.

COGI is used for handling failed goods movement due to a variety of reasons. After correction of errors, the failed goods movement can be effected by T Code COGI.
