Create a small html document on your computer:
<form method=get action=/community <b>[original link is broken]</b>>
<input type=text name=threadID>
<input type=submit>
</form>
That should do the trick.
You can also keep your notes and thread numbers in a spreadsheet and have that construct the proper hyperlink syntax for you.

You can also add this little bookmark to your browser toolbar:
ja va scri pt:location.href='https://answers.sap.com/community [original link is broken]'+prompt("SCN%20Thread%20Number","");
Call it SCN Thread or something make sure it's in your toolbar and remove the spaces in the word javascript

Please elaborate, rephrase your question and/or give us some more information. I don't understand what you mean.

Dear,
Somebody posted a thread and its resoved and liked the answer. Like this there are many threads.
Now in future if I wan to see this thread then there is nothing to search it. If thread is haining number say eg.1231566
I will simply note it somewhere in my book with little description.
Now in future if i wan to see this thread I will simply put this thread no. in searching criteria and get all the details.
This is an example. I want to know whay can't one thread to to identified individually by any unique number?
Regards,
Kaushal Rai
