Net Wt/ Gross Wt Fields Greyed out in Sales order

Hi,

In my development system, following fields are greyed out (display only) for one particular sales order type:

Net Weight

Gross Weight

Volume

One more thing - irrespective of the value maintained in material master, these three field carry zero value.

In other sales order types, there is no problem.

There was no problem earlier. After I tried out some customization settings- most likey related to log og incompletion'- this came about.

Kindly give ideas to sort out this problem - I want these fields to be editable and I want values to flow into these fields from materials master .

Hi,

Goto item category control fields VOV7, select item category check the field wight/volume relevant.

It is not in the Sales doc type, you have made the changes in the item category.

Go to VOV7, and activate the "weight/volume rel." check box only.

Hi,

Did you check MMR. All three fields maintained in material master against same organizational unit in which you are creating sales order ? Check this.
