Hello, I need to default IT 27 cost centre allocations in the CAT2 screen. When a user logs in to cat2 he should have the entries in IT27 defaulted in his timesheet. Can anyone give me any inputs reg the same?

In CATS what feild do you want to map from IT27 (Cost Distribution)?
What Subtype do you want tp default in CATS?
It is posiible to default. Take an additional feild and assign additional feild with what you want to default, and it will appear in the CAT2 sheet.

Goto PA30, enter personnel number.
enter 0315 info type, this is for time sheet defaults. enter necessary info there and save it.
you will get cost center defulats when user enter working hours in CAT2

Sorry, I wanted to default the DAta entry section of CATs with cost allocations in IT 27. 315 is only for general defaults!!!
