Hello all,
I have created a system in portal.
Can you please tell me the steps to test a system connection?
Awaiting reply,
Regards,
Sasi.
Hi,
Open your system and then select Connection Tests from the Display dropdown. Now select the the detaisl which you want test and test the connection. It will display the status(success/error ) of the system created.
Thanks & Regards,

Sasi,
I assume that you have set user mapping details, created alias and everything is ready,
Open the created system in system admin -> system config -> sys lanscape -> select ur system -> Display = connection Tests -> test
You can do this also,
Support Desk -> sap application -> SAP Transation -> select a system -> type tcode -> press go

Hi Sasi,
If you are talking about creating a system in the system administration then what Gaurav has suggested would do.
Select the system that you have created and get going.
Also, refer to this link to set the parameters for creating a system
Hope this helps.
Cheers,

Hi Sasikala,
To test your system follow the following steps:
Goto System Administration --> System Configuration --> Portal Content.
Look for your system under portal content & right click on it & choose Open --> Connection Test.
You will find three options for WAS, ITS & Connectors.Select all & click test.
Hope it helps.Award points if found helpful.
