Delete Productive Client

Dear Expert ,

I have one Live server . I want to delete one Client i.e 110 .

When I login with other client 220 and then Run scc5

It give Pop up

Target Client is Productive and Protect againt

Client Copy

So how I should delete the Client 110.

HI,

You can delete 110 client only by login into 110 client and execute SCC5.

also check the settings in scc4 if it still pops up after doing it in 110.

...because the client is defined as "production" in transaction SCC4 (or table T000). Change it to "customizing" or "test" and then you can delete it.

you can delete client 110 only by login into 110.

do not attempt to delete client 110 by logging in into client 220. if you do so, you may delete client 200 instead!

Hi,

You are getting message as "Target client is Productive and Protective againt Client copy " thats is because in SCC4 the client 110 is defined as "production". You

can chnage it to customizing" or "test" and then you can delete it.
