Can I upload Applicant Data Through BDC.

BDC is the program it behave what the way you write.
You have to write code as per your need.
For that you have to record in which way it will do action in genral process
Please ask your abaper to do recording once again

What are the infotype need to be get filled for that activity and write a BDC and do upload
It is not that easy. There is one check feature in initial data screen(PB10) which checks the employee is former applicant or former employee. Whenever my ABAPer tries to run the BDC because of this check feature it is going to a different screen.
