How to Restrict some G/L accounts to 3 Users only

Dear All,

Please tell me how to restrict SAP Users not to access some(around 20)G/L accounts, and the same should be accessiable by 3 Users.

F_BKPF_BUK for restriction by company code

F_BKPF_GSB for restriction by business area

F_BKPF_KOA for restriction by account type

Hi,

For the T-code you will have set of authorization objects linked, in one of the auth. object you have the option to define set of G/L accounts accessible to users.

In your case cerate role for the three users seperate and rest users seperate and assign accordingly.

Functional consultant can know that auth. obj.

This is related to authorizations.You can create a role and give all the authorizations to that role and assign that to users you want the access automatically others won't get access to that.
