I have a raw material of 100 tonns, with which i can make a finished goods of 54 tonnes, remaining amount would be scrap.
Finishes goods consists of two items Stator and a routor in the ratio of 2.4:1
that is 38.72 tonnes stator and 15.88 tonnes router.
Can this mapped in sap b1
i think you can do it in this way:
you need 3 bills of production.
2 bills of material consist of Stator and routor, each of them in the correct ratio
(e.g. B1 = Stator [ 1xB1 = 2.4 raw material] and B2 = Routor [1xB2 = 1 raw material])
the 3rd bill of materal consists of the first and second bill of metrial
[e.g. B3 = B1 + B2, but have a look for your crap about 42 tones]
If you make a production order select B3.

The finished good can only be one item. The composition of items Stator and a routor cannot be identified.
Scrap can be accomodated by defining the scrap item quantity in negative
