Error in PO creation

Hi,

during a PO creation the system replies with the following error:

"No QM info record exists for material"

From what trx can I create a QM inforecord ?

Use QA01 trx and update the material for quality. It will help.

this is amal sri

when ever this problem arised u can directly go to tcode QI01 and there u have to maintain Mat code and vendor code and plant combination and U have to give the release date

Then after this u have to come back from the creation of PO and u have to re go for fresh creation

Hi,

Go to QI01 - Maintain Quality Inforecord for Material, Vendor and Plant combination. Here maintain only valid up to date, keep it 31.12.9999 and Save.

Then try PO creation.
