Copying Workflow

Hi all,

How can i copy a workflow. I cannot find the copy option in SWDD.

hi,

for copying a workflow goto transaction PFTC_COP.

select the task type as "workflow template"

enter your task (for eg: 9xxxxxxx). this number represents your WF task number. this can be found in SWDD transaction (on upper left corner). or you can select this from the F4 help available.

then click on the copy button. give a new name and abbreviation.

the new WF will be created with a new task number.

hi,

no, such an option is not available in SWDD. you have to use PFTC_COP only.

You can copy the workflow by using

Menu -> Workflow -> Save As ...

This will prompt you to enter the name of the new workflow .
