Hi Sanjay,

Have you maintain all other keys like lot size, mrp controller, schedule margin key in the material master?

Thanks,

Biplob

Maybe, as a workaround, you can schedule MDAB before planning runs (it should create planning file entries for you). But in general this entries should be created automatically in the scenario you described.

Hello

Try to set the planning file flags manually on MD20.

Hi Sanjay,

That's why I just tell you to check this.

Once MRP is activate at plant level system will maintain Planing file entry automatically but in rare cases system will miss it.

After every MRP run this Entry will activate and deactivate accordingly.

Hi,

Check it by creating one PIR or Plan order (If it is a BOM component - so that dependent requirement comes).

Is it by LSMW or manually?
