i installed MSoutlook add on to SAP B-One....templates are not created......but still i can able to send the mails.... ..and

how set the SMS service in sap businesss one..

I have never heard abt FAX service for SAP B1.

Give points if my posts helped u. And regarding the FAX just serach in the SAP B1 forum rather than in the SDK forum.
