1) may i know what is the use of vf04 and vfx3?

2) what is the difference of these 2 tcode?

VF04- is billing list

VFX3- is used for released to accounting

for FI updation.

VF04 - Billing Due List

VFX3 - finding the billing document was not released to accounting

Please use Tcode VFX3.

Dear,

The use of VFX3 is you can release the invoice document into accounting.

And the use of VF04 billing due list is here you will get all the Orders and deliveries which are to be invoiced

Hi there,

VF04 will list the billing due list. If you execute, system will create billing doc / invoices for all the open deliveries.

VFX3 releases the billing docs / invoices to accounting. Accounting posting will be done only after VFX3 & A/c docs are generated.

VF04- is billing due list-Here you will get order & deliveries for which billing has to happen

VFX3- is used for released to accounting that is here you will get all the billing documents which are blocked for accounting or for which accounting docs are not created beacuse of various reasons
