Selecting Form

Hello all,

in the Production Order, i wanted to print two different forms by choosing them. I mean:

I go to CO02, then Functions - Print and save the order. All right, this is the process to print it. But i need to select one form from two different forms. One complete PP order and one reduced PP order. It depends on the moment we would print the order.

I have found two solutions:

1) In OPK8, customize it for one user to print from spool selecting the one they want (i didn't want to let them the SP01).

2) One user only could print one kind of form, and others who could print the other kind of form. This solution doesn't like to me at all. I prefer that everybody could print every form they want.

I would prefer that system ask me which form i want to print at the printing moment like occurs in SD. Is there this option??. If not, do you know a third option??.

Hi JLS,

In the driver on the selection provide two radio buttons based on condition print the forms accordingly

If p_form1 eq 'X'

w_form = ' '.-->give the smartform name

elseif p_form2 eq 'X'.

w_form = =' '.

endif.

Perhaps i don't understand you. There's no option to select form. When you print from CO02, the proccess runs in batch depending on the customizing.

This is what i wanted. Select the form at this moment. If it is not possible, any suggest??
