Hi Experts,
I am trying to create a Rule in web UI (CRM 2007). In the search window for Rules i am able to see the various contexts available. But while creating the Rule, the drop down box for context field is not displaying any values. Can any of you explain me the reason why this is happening???

I think this is an authorisation issue. Best to check with your basis person.
