ISU refrence customer in SD?

iam not getting the "refcustomer" option in my fpp1-> identification tab?

how to get this..

can any one tel the complete procedure?

Please check at the tab:identification of fpp1

Ref. customer:

if it is not there ,change the field settings.

please read the question again,

i said that i do not have ref customer option in my identification tab,

thats the reason i asked ,

if i wanna get that option

where i need to assign?

Go to BUPT screen and see the

fieldgroup 420 table EKUND field name MUSTER_KUN input field is active

go to views and see the view ISU100 and double click the view and see that check box and radio button for Entry view check box is selected and dialog view is selected.

Thank you for u r help full answer,

but i didnt find the field group 420 anywahere, except that i found all field groups,

even i tried with BSUJ also, and then view ISU100 it shows does not exist.

can you clearly tel step by step procedure?

Go to BUS2 and BUS3 t-codes and see the view and field group.
