Hi,.

First u hav to create packaging material master and allow them into packaging material group.

u have to assign packaging material group under each packaging material master data(Sales Org/Plant data)

Beside u hav to also maintain the Wt as well as vol. unit in material master data (Basic data-1)

then after just go to Del(LF)

and allow ur packing prosess as per HU.

thanks

Dear Santosh

As u said, Finished Goods are already stored in Polythene Bags, means Polythene Bag will be the Packaging Material for your material.

If this is correct, then in this case, u can use the concept of Handling Units, where u can create HUs as Drums, Bags, High Polythin Bags etc.

Then u can use corresponding HU as per the customer's requirement to deliver the material quantity.

Hope this helps u.

Dear Sany

With reference to above reply,

once u create Material Master for Packaging mt like - Drums, Bags, High Polythin Bags etc., u will create Handling units for these materials.

Then for finished goods, when packed, assign these HUs.

Now u can very well check your stock in MMBE by entering the material Drum / Bag etc for the plant.

Hope this helps u.
