Reg: Half Day Leave

Hi,

Where do we set time records for half day leave type?

Scenario: When I try to submit half day leave for a particular day say 25th Sep. It should accept only two half days i.e forenoon (9.00 to 13.15) & afternoon (13.15 to 17:30), but it also allows another entry from 17.30 to 21.45.

How do I avoid the last entry?

Please let me know.
