REAABR00SIBI this is program for individual billing .(transaction: easibi) could any one please tel me what r the fields required for getting invoicing in dis program.

ANLAGE:installation

VKONT:contract account

ABLESGR: Meter reading reason

select the invoice radio button for to invoice after doing the billing.

after billing in which fields the data is storing. billing related data.

when invoicing data is stored in which fields?

Please check in ERDK table for Invoice data

and ERCH table for Billing Doc. Data

Go to SE11 and give the table name.

this is issue related to industry solutions-utilities.

easibi is the transaction code for individual billing.

REAABR00SIBI is a standard program related to individual billing.

in which fields billing data is stored in the above program.

what r the required billing fields for invoice generation.

REQUIREMENT :

WE ARE GETTING SPOT BILLING MACHINE DATA (SBM) FROM client AND WE HAVE TO UPLOAD THE DATA (SBM DATA) DIRECTLY TO SAP.

BILLING SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN IN SAP.

WE NEED ONLY INVOICING. THE ABOVE PROGRAM (REAABR00SIBI) IS RELATED TO THIS ISSUE. WE SHOULD SUPPRESS BILLING IN THAT PROGRAM.

Tables description

ETRG Billing Order entry will be created

If u run EL31 and run the billing order then only it will create an entry in this table

ERCH Billing document will be created

After sucessful execution of EASIBI and selected radio button BILL an entry will be created in this table.

ERDK Invoice Document is created.

After sucessful execution of EASIBI and selected radio button Invoice an entry will be created in this table.

Go to these tables and see the Fields.

how to suppress billing data in the standard program.

If you are executing this REAABR00SIBI program In ECC6

Then create a Enhancement Spot for not to creating Billing Document for selected radio button for Invoice .

Bcz if you are having Billing order and u r selecting radio button Invoice in the EASIBI tcode.Then also it will create billing document then only it will create an invoice document

usually the data taken from EVER,EANL,TE420,ERCH.

and also please check the tables that i have given to u.

this is not a standard scenario.

write a zprogram for to uploading the billing data directly to their tables and adjust accordingly.
