How to export an ALV Report as a Excel file ?

Press the button in the toolbar which will do that.

Hi,

After displaying your ALV report follow this steps.

MEnu->List->Export->Localfile->->Spreadsheet.

And even you will be having 3 more options to export.

hi,

before asking basics search in SCN.

u will get lot of posts.

open ur porgram in se38 there u have a button save as local file.click that and save ur program in excel format.

then u shd be asking for export of report output to excel file.

anyways there r lot of posts related to these basic questions.

so use SEARCH option provided by SCN.
