PO Print Issue

Dear Experts,

Our client is facing few problem regarding the PO Printing.

1. System taking to much time for showing the print preview.

2. Eventhough the PO contains few line items actually printing takes 1HR, in some case even more than 1 hour.

What could be the possible resons of this delay and are the areas that we should check to avoid this as it caused lot of problem to the client.

Is there any techincal things/ BASIS related config do i need to check.

Pl. guide us.

Hi,

Yes u have to get it checked from basis person.

Also u can ask ur ABAP person to check the programme if there are too much call functions system will take time to execute.

Dear,

If the report is your in- house report.

Then first contact your Basis person and ABAP team.

Because due to some wrong development system this type of problem is occur.

Main Reason: - IF ABAP person use the one table in your report and in this table more record exists. So system check all detail of table due to this problem is occur.

If you contact ABAP or Basis team then they will change development logic and due to this your problem will be resolved
