Transaction - MD01 fields

Hi experts,

I want to make following fields mandatory in transaction MD01.

1. User exit parameter ( Just below "user exit" key )

2. Scope of planning

I have defined MRP controllers as User Exit in SPRO & as well as in enhancement. In MD01, User exit key field is mandatory, But User exit parameter field is not mandatory.

If user is not giving any input in "user exit parameter key".. then it is taking all the materials at the plant level for MRP run.

This is creating problem as PRs are generated in Mass quantity for materials of other MRP controllers. Hence, I want to make the " user exit parameter & Scope of planning " fields manadatory.

So please let me know... how can I do it?

Hi

Use transaction code SHD0. You can create a screen variant and set the fields to mandatory. I did not use the transaction extensively, maybe some one else can assist you on how to step by step.
