Impliment of MRP for multiple material

Dear cons,

I want to implement MRP for multiple materials. For single material we know to use T-code u2013MD61, MD02, and MD04. We want to run MRP for multiple materials in a single transaction, so that our user will be getting benefited. Pl. provide the procedure

For Total Planning

Use Tcode : MD01 for online planning

MDBT for Background job

Hi,

U have to define first ur MRP area >SPRO>Production>MRP > MASTER DATA > define mrp area.

Assign the storage loc.of ur material to ur MRP area.

Go in MD02 and give ur MRP area.

so u can run MRP for ur mrp area.

I thnk this will solve ur problem.

Hi,

You can use tcode MD01 to run total material for a plant.

Or with user exit M61X001, you can run MRP for

1. Specific MRP type

2. for a material type

3. For a MRP controller.

In MD61 create the requirement with Requirements Plan Number it will allow to create dement for number of material then run the MRP in MD01 with scope of planning for your plant.(OM0E)
