cancel the PO

Hi experts,

How to cancel one PO? &what is the t-code available?

hi,

You can't cancel the PO, could do following things:

1. if want to delete the PO, then delete all the line items from item overview and save it...then PO will be automatically deleted...

2. Make flag for deletion and archive it...

And then create a new PO....

Hi,

You can delete the materials from the PO by selecting the deletion mark indicator against each line item of the PO. PO cannot be deleted as a whole.

Once the line items are deleted u cannot do the GR/IR further as the system will issue a message that the materials are flagged for deletion.

Hi

You can not able to cancle the PO but go in ME22n & select the material and eighter delate the material or block the material. In this way

your problem will get solved.

Go to ME22N and mark that line item for deletion ( delete line item in PO)
