goods shuffling between warehouse, quality, unrestricted , blocked.

Hi,

I have 100 materials procured from vendor in the warehouse ..

Now i want these 100 materials to be subjected to Quality check . How to Do this and where? is there any movement type..

further after quality inspection, out of these 100 materials suppose 30 are passed on to unrestricted, 40 are blocked and 30 has been passed back to vendor then how to process it and again where?

is there any movement type to address this scenario?

hi,

You can post it QI stock from PO itself...in the item details (i think its del. tab ) choose for Stock type "QI stock" and post the PO...so that all the stock will go to QI stock...

Now at GR, you mvt type and post it to different stocks......pls check the mvt type as i don't havePC with me now....

Here you can make 3 different GR's for different qty and espective mvt types....

Hello,

You can do this from PO itself. Set the stock to Quality inspection in the Item details in the Where tab.

By doing this u can bring the stock to Quality.

Further u can release this stock from Quality to unrestricted use again.

Pls check the movement type.

Also the stock can be returned to the vendor by 122 Mvt type.
