Report requirement:
Query contents:
Characteristics:
Calweek, Calyear, Calday, Calmonth
Material, Customer.
Drill down in rows: Material, Customer
Key Figures:
K1, K2, AND K3
Variable selection:
Calmonth.
User will enter a month range: Suppose January to April.
Output should look like
Rows: Material and custmer.
Columns: Key figures should have a top row of calmonth..i.e. bukets of month.
Jan Feb March April
k1 k2 k3 k1 k2 k3 k1 k2 k3 k1 k2 k3
How do I get month on the top of key figures. There should be a common (cells merged) month display over k1, k2, k3.
Thanks
Shankar
Hello,
Just follow the simple steps below:
1) include the three KFs in the column and material, customer in row section.
2) now in columns you can see KEY FIGURES and beneath it your three KFs
3) drag calmonth to the column section just above the KEY FIGURE structure.
4) now you will have calmonth, KEY FIGURE and beneath it the 3 KFs.
This should work for you.
Regds,
Shashank

I already placed the calmonth above KFs before posting this thread.
In reports, it puts month only above first KF (k1). and month for k2 and k3 remain space.
I want either all k1, k2 k3 should have month on their top
or month commonly for k1 k2 k3 but with month should appear in merged cell. that is month should look common for all 3 kfs.
Calmonth row: cell 1 cell 2 and cell 3 are merged in single cell displaying calmonth
KF rows: k1 k2 k3 displaying in 3 columns with a common merged cell of calmonth on the top.
Thanks
Shankar.
Put calmonth in the columns just above key figures in the Query (ie., Drill Across Calmonth).
You will be able to achive
Jan Feb ............ Dec
K1 K2 K3 K1 K2 K3 K1 K2 K3
Hope this helps.
