appraisal locking

Hello,

Can you give me any idea about if student are not pay last installment fee or did not pay tuition i want this

student are not displayed on the module appraisal screen.

Can somebody give me good idea how to handle in this case.

Jin dal,

Create a new scale(Fee pending) .Write a mass program and assign this scale to all the module bookings of such kind of student.

On the appraisal screen create a filter to exclude record with that scale.

Hi Jin Dal,

Do you use the dunning procedure? You can create a dunning activity "exclude from appraisal" for e.g. dunning phase 1. Then you link the dunning activity with a custom function module which places the new scale "fee pending" as Prabhat Singh proposes.
