Priority of orders

Where do we define priority of orders? Suppose I have 200 stocks in my inventory and we get a cash sale and rush order for that stock, which order would have a higher priority?

In normal circumstances, Delivery Priority will flow in sale order based on the value you maintain in customer master Sales Area Data under "Shipping" tab or from CMIR

In sale order, however you can change this which will come under "Procurement" tab, if no subsequent document is generated. If subsequent document is generated for that material, then this field will become uneditable and you cannot change.
