Rearrange Screen Tabs

Dear Friends,

1.My client wants the Shipping details of SO Header, to be seen seen in the Sales order Screen ..sometimes he may have to change the shipping details.

Please suggest how to make it happen.

2.Also, He wants the Screen Tabs of SO (Item overview, Item Details, Ordering Party....and others.) to be re organized according to His need.(not the fields in them)..if it is SHDO..please tell me detailed steps..
